Emily is a 20-something holistic health coach certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a current student at Wake Forest University. She has an affinity for all things wellness (she’s an RYT and INHC), binge-watching Netflix (specifically Scandal and reruns of Gilmore Girls), playing with her puppy (who isn't much of a puppy anymore), and taking shameless selfies (the Snapchat and Instagram game is strong). She's obsessed with popcorn, red wine, & the occasional bag of chocolate -- hey, it's all in balance. 

The Great Vibes Guide is a healthy lifestyle blog inspiring the creative, career-driven woman. It features recipes; favorite home, fashion, and food finds; and easy ways to maximize health and happiness. It provides a space where over-worked women have a chance to decompress, celebrate the simple pleasures, and learn a few tips and tricks to keep them at their ideal health.  Through health coaching, Emily helps women struggling to feel fulfilled or empowered find energy, happiness, and confidence with their lifestyle and bodies.
